I came back early from Brussels yesterday to attend the Annual Erskin Childers Lecture. It is the first time I was attending an event of Uniting for Peace, which is run by Vijay Mehta. Yesterday the committee of HFE met with Tarunkanti Choudhray, president of the Europe branch of the Bangladeshi Hindu, Buddhist, Christian Unity Council.
We discussed the worsening situation of BHBC communities and what can be done. Tarunji then went on to other meetings whilst we returned to our Diwali planning.
