Diwali at the European Parliament 2017

On the 11 th of October the Hindu Forum of Europe organized a Diwali Reception and Dinner at the European Parliament. MEP Geoffrey Van Orden who is the President of the EU-India Delegation hosted the event. The Indian Embassy and its new Ambassador to the EU Gaitri Kumar also supported it. Golden Tours Foundation from the UK sponsored the event. About 200 MEP’s, NGOs, Religious Leaders, Ambassadors and Hindu Leaders participated in the event. There were several speeches and cultural presentations. The 3-course dinner was very much appreciated by the guests.
